At Marian Realty we pride ourselves in offering prompt and courteous customer service. Please use service request form below or call 773-684-5400 for assistance.
Use this form to submit your maintenance concern regarding a common area. Common areas are generally considered to be anything outside of your unit.
Maintenance concerns are addressed based on priority and budget. Your property manager may need to ask you for additional information, please be sure to fill in each field.
If your concern is within your unit, we can recommend a contractor for you to contact.

Pay your assessments with automatic debit from your checking account
- Now you can write one less check! Pay your assessment through Automatic Deduction so you never need to worry again about remembering to make your payment or having lost payments due to unpredictable mail service. In addition to the convenience, you can save a check and postage costs.
- How do I sign up? It’s easy. Complete the authorization form and return it to us along with a voided check from the checking account you want charged for your payment. We’ll do the rest. If you have any other questions, please contact Sara at 773.684.5400 or via email at marianrealty@att.net.
- Can I cancel this at anytime? Yes. If, for whatever reason, you would like to discontinue Automatic Debit, simply call or write us. Just remember to give us two weeks to process the cancellation.
- What if I change my bank account? If there are any changes to your bank or checking account, please let us know right away so that your Automatic Debit option can continue without interruption.
- Please note, that if your account has insufficient funds available to pay the amount due, you will be charged a returned check fee of $20.00.
